Founded by Tim Ronhaar, GloveMan R&R specializes in skilled glove relacing, conditioning, repairs, and break-in services. Every glove is hand-restored using premium materials and proven techniques to improve durability, comfort, and performance. We saw a need for this specialty care in our local community and wanted to provide programs, players, and parents with an option for these services they can trust and depend on.
As a locally owned small business, we take pride in honest work, attention to detail, and treating every glove as if it were our own. Our mission is to ensure players of all ages love their equipment and help extend the life of the equipment they love.
Ready to give your glove a second chance? We'd love to help.
Baseball has always been more than a game in our family; it’s been a tradition passed down through generations. My grandparents spent countless seasons behind the plate and on the field as umpires and coaches, and my parents gave their time and passion, helping coach and cheering from the stands, helping shape the next generation of players.
My own love for the game grew from those experiences, especially through my dad’s glove, which carried more than 30 years of memories, games, and lessons learned. After years of wear and stories held in its leather, I brought that glove back to life so I could share it with my son and create new memories together.
That connection between the past, present, and future is what inspires me. Every glove has a story or can buid one, so restoring them, making them unique, and ensuring theyare providing the best experience for the player is what is most important about this work. It's about more than replacing laces or conditioning leather; it’s about preserving the memories, moments, and love for the game that make each glove special.
